To reset a password (Admin):
- Log in to the FormsByAir account
- Select your email address at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select “Account” from the top of the menu
- Select “Manage Users”
- Locate the User and Select Action > Edit
- Select “Reset Password”
- A new default password has now been generated and can be used to login
- (FormsByAir recommends that the user now logs in with their new password, changes their password and enables Two Factor authentication)
