Reset Password

To reset a password (Admin):

  1. Log in to the FormsByAir account
  2. Select your email address at the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Select “Account” from the top of the menu
  4. Select “Manage Users”
  5. Locate the User and Select Action > Edit
  6. Select “Reset Password”
  7. A new default password has now been generated and can be used to login
  8. (FormsByAir recommends that the user now logs in with their new password, changes their password and enables Two Factor authentication)
