• Configure the email “from” name using <<[DocumentWorkflowAssignmentUserName]>>
• Message body can contain the assignment comment using <<[DocumentWorkflowAssignmentComment]>>

Assignment emails are not sent if:

• The assignment was made by an Assignment Expression
• You assigned a document to yourself
